Natural Wren

£2.50 GBP

This wooden toy Wren is designed to perfectly fit small hands and will inspire children to use their imaginations.

Combine with other animals from our extensive range, especially our birds such as the woodpecker, goldfinch, robin, blue tit, owl and puffin.

This Wren is the same size as all of our animals with codes beginning NC. These animals and characters can be found in all of our playsets with a code beginning BU unless the item has ‘Junior’ in its description. Our ‘Junior’ range contains smaller animals and people.

  • Screen printed on both sides with a natural wood grain edge
  • A super chunky 25mm thick
  • Supplied in no packaging, easy peel sticker only

Play ideas and uses:

  • Use in Small world play, which is an imaginative form of play in which children use toys and props to create detailed and playful worlds
  • Take on adventures! Children find it both comforting and exciting to share new experiences with familiar toys
  • Use as props to support a story – we have characters to match most popular books
  • Stack as high as you can, and look out for our annual stacking challenge which runs every October
  • Encourage children to learn their colours and names, and if you have a few animals you could separate by colour and size
  • Participate in the RSPB's Big Garden Birdwatch and use the birds to help children identify and record the birds they have seen
  • See our animal checklists here. Download, print off and keep track of your growing collections.
