Returns Policy & Terms and Conditions
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We do not pay for the return postage charges and cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Hair Accessories, Socks, Tights, Swimming Costumes and christening knickers due to reasons of hygiene.
Personalised Gift Boxes
As these items are personalised and made to order they are non returnable, please double check your personalised message before placing the order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will receive your refund credit or exchange order within 5 working days of us receiving the goods. Your refund will exclude the original shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded a exchange will be offered within 14 days as per policy.
Terms and Conditions
Incorrect pricing. Due to the sometimes volatile market for products, sometimes there are major fluctuations in price. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove any item from any order and provide a full refund to the customer for that item, alternativly we do give the option to pay the difference if the item is still somthing you would like.
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

Please note the new discount code cannot be used with any other offer such as free post code.
If a order is returned or part returned and goes under the threshold for the free gift then the free gift must also be returned. If the free gift is not returned then the value will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
Shipping T and Cs
As standard we use Royal Mail for the majority of our orders, however we do offer a courier option that will be despatched within 48 hours of ordering and then delivered next working day(not weekends). Since the covid pandemic started in 2020 unfortunately there has been delays in post-Royal Mail don’t consider a Item lost untill 10 working days after it’s expected arrival. Please bear this in mind when chasing your order.
As a small family run shop we try our best to despatch orders the same day however this isn’t always possible, our store also closes Tuesday and Thursday so orders will not be picked and shipped those days.
